Development (Nanjing) Co. Ltd (UDC) belongs to ASI Global. Registered
in Nanjing China in June 1995 with registered capital of 2.4 million
US Dollars, UDC is mainly engaged in agricultural investment and international
trade.
Agricultural Investment
In December 1995, Dairy Technology Limited ( DTL ) from New Zealand
which is held by ASI Global, and Nanjing Dairy ( Group ) Company (
NDC ) - the largest and strongest Dairy production and sales entity
in Jiangsu Province started to establish a joint venture named Nanjing
New Green Farm Dairy Co. Ltd (NGF). With registered capital of 3 million
US Dollars. NGF went into production in January 1997.
At present, NGF possesses two imported production- lines and three
imported filling equipment. It is specialized in producing high-grade
liquid dairy products and drinks. The annual production and processing
capacity has reached ten thousand tons. There are three series of
New Green Farm branded products: pure fresh milk, flavored milk and
low fat yogurt, covering dozens of specifications. The products are
mainly put in Nanjing market, meanwhile permeating into nearby areas,
such as Shanghai, southern and northern Jiangsu Province, Anhui Province,
etc.
International trade
UDC Instrument Department imports the most advanced engineering
instruments of various kinds used in the fields of civil engineering
and highway projects, such as rock and soil testing, geophysical survey,
road testing, quality supervision of construction projects, laboratory
test equipment and so on. UDC not only supplies comprehensive and
